Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This individual will play a key role across application development, integrations, and platform capabilities, while also leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot) to drive productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performing solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Build and maintain reusable components while enforcing consistent design patterns, architecture standards, and coding best practices
  • Implement and support integrations with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs and middleware solutions
  • Apply core platform fundamentals, including data modeling, security, sharing models, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
  • Leverage low-code/no-code tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.) in combination with custom development where appropriate
  • Utilize AI-driven tools (Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, generative AI) to enhance development efficiency, analysis, and solution design
  • Drive code quality and maintainability through refactoring, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and deliver solutions independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in ceremonies and technical discussions
  • Utilize CI/CD tools (e.

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in: ○ Apex (classes, triggers, batch, asynchronous processing) ○ Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and governor limits
  • Deep understanding of: ○ Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules) ○ Standard & custom objects, relationships, and data architecture
  • Proven experience building integrations using
REST/SOAP
APIs
  • Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
  • Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (OOP) and design patterns
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Hands-on experience with version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, Copilot, generative AI tools)
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect track, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / AI Cloud
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations
