Job Description

Job Summary The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and related technologies. The role requires strong hands-on Salesforce development experience across multiple modules, integrations, and frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite teams and business stakeholders. Experience across multiple Salesforce implementations and strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration are essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and OmniStudio. Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, WSDL, Bulk API, and Metadata API. Participate in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, testable Salesforce solutions. Work closely with onsite development teams for knowledge transfer and collaboration. Follow best practices for Apex coding, LWC development, governor limits, and error handling. Implement unit testing and test classes for positive and negative scenarios. Support production deployments using change sets, ANT migration tool, or Eclipse-based deployments. Develop and optimize SOQL queries, work with schema design, and support database operations (SQL or PL/SQL). Utilize ETL tools such as Apex Data Loader or third-party tools (Informatica, Boomi, Mulesoft, Cast Iron). Apply strong problem-solving skills to evaluate multiple approaches for technical solutions. Work within Agile/Scrum methodology and collaborate using tools like Jira and Git. Required Qualifications 3-7 years of IT experience with 2-3 years specifically in Salesforce development and implementation. Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, OmniStudio, and JavaScript frameworks. Must have worked on at least 3 Salesforce projects involving LWC, OmniStudio, and Lightning, including Aura framework. Hands-on experience with integrations, Apex triggers, classes, SOQL, and security models. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, coding best practices, and platform constraints. Experience with Force.com APIs including REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and Metadata API. Strong experience with ETL tools (Data Loader or other integration tools). Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, relational schema design, and stored procedures. Experience with unit testing best practices and deployment processes. Strong understanding of Salesforce admin activities including user creation, roles, profiles, and security setup. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with onsite teams and business stakeholders. Certifications Salesforce Certifications - Required Platform Developer I (Must Have) App Builder (Must Have) Platform Developer II (DEV501 or equivalent completed fully) Advanced Administrator (ADM301) Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
