Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce development, solution design, and integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, CI/CD, and Salesforce platform best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Service Cloud and related Salesforce platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs and middleware platforms. Work with Salesforce platform features such as Omni-Channel, Platform Events, Asynchronous Apex, security models, sharing rules, and governor limits. Support CI/CD and deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, Gearset, or GitHub. Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices. Support data migration, data quality, and platform security initiatives. Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and emerging technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience. 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and external system integrations. Strong understanding of Omni-Channel, Platform Events, Asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex. Experience with Salesforce data migration, governor limits, security, and sharing models. Proficiency with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Gearset, or GitHub. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Administrator. Experience with AWS integrations, including Lambda, S3, or Redshift. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce CPQ. Experience working in Agile or sprint-based delivery environments.
