Negotiable A ServiceNow Developer/Architect acts as a dual-threat technical leader, designing, building, and configuring enterprise-wide solutions across modules like ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM. They define platform governance, create technical roadmaps, and handle hands-on scripting/integrations, typically requiring over 5-10 years of experience and multiple certifications.

Key Responsibilities Architectural Design:

Define platform standards, CSDM alignment, and best-practice architecture.

Development & Technical Lead:

Configure complex workflows, create custom applications, and oversee implementations.

Integration & Automation:

Utilize Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and

REST/SOAP

APIs for third-party systems.

Technical Governance:

Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Expertise Platform Mastery:

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).

Technical Skills:

JavaScript, advanced scripting, UI/UX development, and database design.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with 2+ years in an architectural role.

Certifications:

Certified ServiceNow Application Architect, Certified System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
