Job Description:

We are looking for a MarTech Integration Engineer with strong experience in Braze CRM to support omnichannel campaign execution and data integrations. The ideal candidate will work on integrating Braze with internal systems, implementing event tracking, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms like CDP and Data Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Braze integrations and campaign setup Configure event tracking & campaign instrumentation Build and maintain data pipelines (CDP → Data Warehouse → Braze) Design user journeys and segmentation strategies Develop multi-channel campaigns using Braze Canvas Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Braze CRM Experience in MarTech integrations & campaign management Knowledge of CDP tools (Hightouch preferred) Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms Strong understanding of event tracking & user segmentation Good knowledge of data pipelines / ETL Nice to

Have:

Experience in Omnichannel marketing platforms Knowledge of customer journey mapping
