Job Description
Senior-level BI Developer focused on building and optimizing enterprise data and analytics solutions in a modern cloud environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights, leveraging Power BI, Azure, and modern data platforms to drive better decision-making at scale.
What You'll DoDesign and build enterprise BI and analytics solutions using Azure (Synapse, SQL DB, Data Lake, Fabric)Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BIManage Power BI Service (workspaces, security, pipelines, governance)Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting solutionsBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (ADF, Fabric Dataflows, Informatica or similar)Implement data governance, security (RLS), and data quality standardsPartner with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insightsLead BI efforts, support team members, and drive best practicesOptimize performance, scalability, and reliability of BI platforms
