Clearable for a secret clearance (but don't have to have a current one to start). Due to Secret Clearance processing, candidates must be a US Citizen. Responsibilities Configure and maintain the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform. Partner with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, audit gaps, tickets, workflows, and identify and implement automation opportunities. Map policies to controls. Lead efforts to automate repetitive processes in the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with the IT Compliance Engineers, Control Owners, and Attestation Owners to create and execute tests and attestations, and to update control documentation when required. Identify areas to improve audit gaps, productivity, and compliance, including automation opportunities. Support IT operations teams to assess and fix security vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses across IT infrastructure. Assist with internal and external compliance audits. Create and maintain system design and operations documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience. A higher level degree may substitute for experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education. Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and developing within the ServiceNow

GRC / IRM

modules, with particular focus on the Policy and Compliance Management (e.g. Control Indicators) and Audit Management components of the IRM module. Active Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) Certification. Working knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework. Solid ITSM, ITIL and / or COBIT understanding. Experience working with some/most of these web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST). This must include experience with UI actions and automation experience using JavaScript to automate IRM control attestations. Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM modules (Service Portal, Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
