Job Description

Your Impact As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work with product owners/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Acts as team leader on projects.
Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on the development team.
Participates in development of software user manuals. What We Are Looking For Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM) Required 6 Years
Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs Required 6 Years
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.
Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow.
Experience working in an agile/scrum environment Required 6 Years Education/Certification Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent experience
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
