Job Description

Experteer Overview In this Salesforce Developer role, you will deliver internally developed and third‑party solutions to support Fisher Investments' tech-driven business. You will contribute across the full SDLC, translating requirements into working software that aligns with architectural standards. You'll work within the CRM Application Development Team to implement solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You'll tackle high‑impact projects that involve multiple teams, balancing development, testing, and production support. This is a hands‑on, growth‑driven opportunity in a collaborative, technology‑forward environment.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Implement Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce, and Force.com APIs
  • Design and customize reports and dashboards
  • Manage end-to-end software development from launch to user acceptance in cross‑department projects
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot platform issues
  • Utilize tools like Code Builder, Copado, AccelQ, GIT, and JIRA in development and quality assurance
  • Guide technical direction on solution decisions with guidance Tasks
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Developer experience with multiple implementations
  • Experience in Financial Services industry (wealth management or investment)
  • Expertise in Salesforce Clouds, Apex/Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com API
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Scheduler, Inbox, and High Velocity Sales
  • Azure Integration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline Key requirements
