BI Developer

Description We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions within a Microsoft-focused environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities + Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports + Create and maintain data models and visualizations + Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting purposes + Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders + Develop and maintain KPI tracking and performance metrics + Troubleshoot reporting and data issues + Support data validation and documentation efforts Requirements Strong experience with Power BI Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries Knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office 365 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
