BI Engineer

Description We're looking for a BI Engineer with strong experience in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL to help design, build, and scale analytics solutions that drive business decision‑making. What you'll do: + Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI + Build and manage data models using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouses, Data Pipelines) + Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics + Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and well‑modeled datasets + Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions + Ensure data accuracy, performance, and consistency across reports + Support data governance, documentation, and best practices Requirements What we're looking for: + Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visuals) + Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric + Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, performance tuning) + Experience working with data warehouses or lakehouse architectures + Ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non‑technical users + Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail Nice to have: + Experience with Azure data services + Familiarity with ETL / data pipelines + Analytics engineering or dbt experience + Python experience for data analysis or automation Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
