Job Description:

Seeking a Business Analyst/Programmer to support the Florida PALM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, ERP implementations, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include documenting business and technical requirements, supporting readiness and change management activities, and serving as a liaison between business units and project teams.

Required Skills:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Business Process Improvement & Documentation ERP / Enterprise Transformation Projects SQL Server, Microsoft Access SSAS, Alteryx, SharePoint, Tableau Stakeholder Management & Communication Public Sector / State Government Experience Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams

Preferred:

Florida PALM experience Readiness Planning & Organizational Change Management
