What You Will Do:
Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. Debug and fix technical problems. Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
What You Will Need:
Must POSSESS and
MAINTAIN
a Federal or DoD "
TOP SECRET
" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Minimum of SIX (6) years of professional experience. Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Tampa, FL area Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF). ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred. Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
