Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions using Agentforce to enhance customer and business operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Implement and customize Salesforce Agentforce agents for customer service and business process automation. Build AI-driven workflows leveraging Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce capabilities. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs and middleware platforms. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications. Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and optimize system performance. Follow Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards. Required Skills 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI and automation tools. Experience with
REST/SOAP
APIs and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data models. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification. Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist Certification. Experience with MuleSoft integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have Experience with Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI solutions. Experience implementing AI-powered customer support or service automation solutions.
