Job Description

We're moving way beyond the "electronic rolodex" phase. Epting Events (and the broader Epting Group portfolio) is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Consultant to help us turn complex business needs into high-level technical reality. If you're someone who lives for customization and is ready to spearhead our shift into Einstein and Agentforce , we want to talk. This is a part-time role that requires being in-office as we collaborate on scaling Salesforce across multiple diverse companies.
What You'll Be Doing Architecting Solutions:
You won't just be clicking buttons. You'll take complex, high-level requests from leadership and translate them into actionable Salesforce updates that drive actual ROI.
AI Implementation:
Lead the charge in deploying Einstein and Agentforce across our entire company portfolio. We're looking to be on the cutting edge of AI-driven workflows.
System Customization:
Build and maintain sophisticated flows, custom objects, and integrations that make the platform a powerhouse for our sales and operations teams.
Portfolio Management:
Support multiple brands under the Epting Group umbrella, ensuring a cohesive but tailored Salesforce experience for each. What You Bring to the
Table Years of Experience:
You've been around the Salesforce ecosystem long enough to know what works (and what doesn't).
Strategic Thinking:
You have a proven track record of taking "we want to do X" and figuring out exactly how the schema should look to make it happen.
AI Fluency:
Familiarity with Salesforce's AI suite is a massive plus. We want someone who is excited about the future of Agentforce.
Collaborative Spirit:
Since this is an in-office role, you should enjoy the "whiteboard" phase of projects and be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
