Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The client is planning a complete rebuild of its internal systems, many of which are driven by Salesforce. Most of these systems are also built on Java and AWS. They are currently rewriting several platforms, migrating everything from AWS to Azure, and rebuilding the Salesforce components on both the front end and back end. They are looking for someone with strong Java skills and Salesforce experience, or a Salesforce Developer with some Java knowledge. In addition, they want someone who can serve as a thought leader with a customer-focused mindset. This person must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrate strong business acumen, and solve problems efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce and/or Java
• Ability to work with both systems/languages
• Strong understanding of AI and how to utilize it when coding
• Strong product focused mindset and ability to contribute in design sessions and road mapping
• Desire to lead a team and spearhead the modernization of applications The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
