Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience Deep coding expertise, not just admin/configuration knowledge Experience with IVR and Contact Center configurations Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda configuration & flow design Experience with Omnichannel flows and certificate management Hands-on experience with deployments & release activities across lower and production environments Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture Experience working in large banking/enterprise environments preferred
