Job Description:

Seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Custom Forms & Workflow) contractor who currently resides in GA. You will build a custom policy & procedures application inside ServiceNow. This role is not admin-level. This person must design, build, and implement end-to-end workflows and custom forms across multiple environments. What They Will Do Build custom form submission system in ServiceNow (ITSM) Develop end-to-end workflow (approve / reject / send for correction) Configure document creation, metadata, and templates Implement multi-step approval routing by document type Handle email notifications + task routing Build search functionality (metadata + keyword) Implement role-based admin controls Migrate documents + metadata from legacy system into ServiceNow Deploy across Dev, QA, UAT, Production environments Support testing, UAT, and production rollout Required (Non-Negotiable) Strong ServiceNow ITSM development Proven experience building: Custom forms Workflow approvals (multi-step) Task routing + notifications Experience with: ServiceNow configuration + customization Workflow design (approval chains, corrections, rejections) Experience doing data/document migration into ServiceNow Has built solutions across multiple environments (Dev ? Prod) Nice to Have Public sector / government experience Experience replacing legacy systems Agile / sprint-based delivery
