Job Description

Job Description Role Overview The Insights & Enablement team supports the broader Data Solutions organization by providing visibility into data, workflows, and operational performance. This role is open due to an increasing backlog of dashboards and visualizations and a need for deeper technical Tableau expertise. This is not a reporting-only role. We are looking for a highly technical Tableau developer who can own end‑to‑end dashboard development—from understanding unstructured data and building SQL logic to designing intuitive, interactive dashboards that support data exploration and executive decision‑making. The ideal candidate can take a vague problem statement and confidently answer: "Here's the best way to visualize this." Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Spend ~60% of time building and enhancing Tableau dashboards (complex, interactive, exploration‑driven) Partner directly with business stakeholders and operations teams to: Gather and clarify requirements Translate KPIs and metrics into meaningful visualizations Align teams around shared definitions and "one version of the truth" Write and optimize SQL to support Tableau dashboards, including: Building underlying data logic Handling unstructured or messy data Supporting performance-over-time and YoY variance analysis Provide insights into data cleanliness, structure, and usability and recommend improvements Present dashboards and insights to stakeholders with confidence and clarity Operate independently while supporting a six‑person, all‑FTE team that is currently not deep enough in Tableau expertise
Pay Rate:
$55.00- $75.00 an hour depending on skills and experience We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
