Salesforce Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with both administration and development experience to support a retail client's digital transformation initiative. The project involves integrating Salesforce with ad server platforms to streamline campaign tracking, lead generation, and sales attribution.

•  Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
•  Integrate Salesforce with external ad server platforms via REST APIs.
•  Automate lead capture and campaign attribution processes.
•  Build dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and sales impact.
•  Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for user and data management.

•  5+ years of experience in Salesforce Engineer
•  Strong Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development skills
•  Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
•  Familiarity with retail CRM workflows and ad campaign tracking
•  Proficiency in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and validation rules
•  Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
•  Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Advertising Studio
•  Knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
•  Understanding of campaign attribution models and lead scoring
•  Agile project experience
•  Pardot
