We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and ITSM processes.

Required Skills:

ServiceNow Development and Administration. ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB experience. JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs. Workflow and catalog development.

REST/SOAP

integrations. Service Portal and UI customization. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Configure forms, catalogs, business rules, and UI policies. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications. Support incident, change, and problem management processes. Perform testing, deployments, and production support. Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
