Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to create reliable reporting solutions and scalable data workflows that help teams make informed decisions. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to turn operational needs into well-designed analytics, integrations, and dashboard experiences. Based in Deerfield, Massachusetts, the position combines hands-on development, data quality oversight, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning up data and data modeling.
  • Develop and support data pipelines, transformation logic, and structured datasets that enable dependable reporting and downstream analysis.
  • Build ETL processes that move and prepare information from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and trust in the data.
  • Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver technical solutions aligned with operational goals.
  • Maintain and improve applications, interfaces, and system connections that exchange data with enterprise platforms and related tools.
  • Evaluate workflows and reporting practices to identify opportunities for efficiency, better visibility, and stronger decision support.
  • Explain technical findings in accessible language and provide documentation or user guidance to help teams adopt new solutions.
  • Test enhancements, data processes, and system updates to confirm expected performance and resolve issues before release.
