Job Description

A Chicago?based organization is seeking a Salesforce Analyst/Developer to support and enhance a highly active Salesforce platform used by sales and service teams. This is a full?time role working with Salesforce Service Cloud in an Agile, operations?driven environment. The position blends development, administration, and user support, making it ideal for someone early to mid?career looking to grow. This team values adaptability, curiosity, and hands?on problem solving. You'll be part of an operations group where priorities can shift quickly, and your work will directly impact end users. The environment is collaborative and technical, offering exposure beyond Salesforce into other enterprise tools and data platforms. If you enjoy learning, variety, and occasional urgency, this role delivers all three. Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of Salesforce experience in an analyst, admin, or developer capacity Strong hands?on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Background in Salesforce administration (flows, users, permissions, configuration) Experience supporting end users and resolving incidents or issues Comfortable working in Agile or fast?changing environments Desired Skills & Experience Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud Helpdesk or ticketing experience (ServiceNow a plus) Familiarity with Snowflake, Kafka, or mixed data environments Light Apex or Salesforce development experience What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 70% Salesforce (Service Cloud focus) 15% User support / incident resolution 15% Integrations & adjacent technologies (ServiceNow, data platforms) Daily Responsibilities 60% Hands?
