Job Description
Specific duties include:
develop and maintain a custom CRM solution tailored to the company's client tracking, task management, project workflows, and income/expense reporting; manage full-stack software development for internal and external web applications using modern frameworks and responsive design principles; integrate third-party services and APIs (such as Google Maps, BBB, YELP, SMTP email services, and online review platforms) for enhanced functionality and automation; optimize company website performance and SEO to attract and retain clients through organic search and digital presence; support digital marketing efforts using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and basic SEO best practices; oversee automation tools related to internal workflows, including calendar/task management and financial dashboards; monitor system performance, deploy updates, and ensure platform reliability and compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards; and provide technical support for web-related services and act as the main point of contact for software and integration troubleshooting.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalence in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. and five (5) years of Progressive experience in In the job offered or experience in a full-stack software development, CRM architecture, and digital marketing tools.REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have skills/expertise with the following: Web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, MySQL. Integrating web applications using tools such as AJAX, JSON, and XML.
