This role combines hands-on configuration, workflow engineering, integration oversight, and business partnership. The ideal candidate is a strong CLM practitioner who can guide the business toward scalable, enterprise-aligned processes, especially important because the application was originally implemented without IT involvement. • Agiloft or (another CLM tool) development experience
• Hands-on experience configuring Agiloft objects, rules, workflows, tables, permissions, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong CLM domain knowledge
• Deep understanding of CLM concepts (templates, clause libraries, approval chains, metadata models, obligation tracking) and ability to guide business users.
• Enterprise architecture alignment
• Experience designing solutions that fit within enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and security standards.
• Familiarity with integrating Agiloft (or other CLM tools) with

ERP , CRM

, identity systems, or document repositories via APIs, middleware, or native connectors.

• Strong documentation habits
• Understanding of how AI tools (LLMs, contract analytics, clause extraction, risk scoring) integrate with CLM platforms.
