Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, CMDB). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Experience with

REST/SOAP

APIs and integration frameworks. Understanding of CMDB data models and IT component relationships. Experience with data validation, data quality, and cleanup initiatives. Familiarity with SAP LeanIX and/or SAP Signavio is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio as part of the Integrated Tool Chain program. Implement and manage synchronization of IT component, application, and service data between ServiceNow and LeanIX. Configure and support APIs, web services, and integration patterns (REST, JSON, MID Server where applicable). Perform data validation, normalization, and cleanup activities within ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to define remediation actions. Support alignment of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM data with enterprise architecture repositories. Collaborate with architecture, process, and platform teams to support end-to-end toolchain integration. Ensure integrations comply with security, performance, and governance standards. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer for implemented integrations.

Base Salary Range :

$100,000 to $110,000
