Job Description

Job Summary The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. This role emphasizes strong system design capabilities, enabling the development of robust application architectures, seamless integrations, and efficient automation. The position involves building custom features, ensuring data integrity, and supporting continuous platform improvements. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable application architectures with a strong focus on system design Build custom business logic and features using Apex Develop user interfaces using Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs Ensure secure and reliable data flow across systems Customize Salesforce by creating and modifying objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules Design and maintain automated workflows using Salesforce Flow and other low-code tools Write and optimize
SOQL/SOSL
queries to support data operations and reporting Implement security models, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, and data management tools Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and KPIs Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance challenges Develop technical documentation, including specifications and test coverage for releases Prepare and support Salesforce platform upgrades and new feature implementations Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver solutions Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development Strong experience with Apex, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and
SOQL/SOSL
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong system design and application architecture experience Proficiency with low-code tools such as Flow Builder, App Builder, and Validation Rules Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines, including Salesforce DX Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and concepts including sprints, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein GPT APIs Experience enhancing automation and building intelligent workflows within Salesforce Experience optimizing performance and scalability in enterprise Salesforce environments
