1 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting integrations and ensuring optimal platform performance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. Configure and customize standard and custom objects including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Cases, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows. Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs, middleware platforms, and Platform Events. Implement and optimize functionalities such as Omnichannel Routing, Knowledge Management, CTI integrations, Entitlements, and SLA processes. Configure and support Salesforce Field Service mobile solutions, including resource scheduling and optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment planning, and provide production support. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices including platform security, data integrity, and performance optimization. Support CI/CD processes, release management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
Hands-on experience with:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL, SOSL
Visualforce Salesforce Flow Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi. Experience with Case Management, Omnichannel, CTI integrations, Knowledge Base, and Field Service scheduling. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets. Experience with deployment and version control tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Azure DevOps. Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with distributed teams.
