Onsite onsite Requirements Hold an active security certification that meets
DOD 8570 IAT
level II or higher (such as Security+ CE) within 14 days of hire. Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance. Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full-time on-site support. Bachelor s Degree with 8 12 years of relevant experience or master s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable. At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure. At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience. Experience with ServiceNow upgrades. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks. Ability to multi-task and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration, including the ability to present to management and external stakeholders. Willingness to learn and adapt to rapid technological changes. Willing to assist and train junior developers. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow CSM Pro Plus Suite Certified Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodologies Experience with ServiceNow modules like TSM, TNI, OMT, etc. Experience with JIRA, Git, and Confluence. Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certification. AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications. Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and testing. Experience working with multi-disciplinary development teams. Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology. Experience transitioning from legacy applications to new systems. Experience applying test automation, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices. Experience with Kanban and other flow improvement practices. Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation.
