Job Description
Tableau BI Developer Key Skills & Responsibilities SME in Tableau dashboard development advanced features (LOD, parameter actions, custom visuals), UX/UI design, and translating requirements into polished dashboards. Data management & analysis strong SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), NoSQL (MongoDB), query optimization, and resolving data quality/performance issues. Testing & QA deliver accurate, low‑defect dashboards; perform validation, bug fixing, and Agile/Scrum‑based quality assurance. Documentation & communication track changes, testing results, and proactively flag risks/blockers while managing multiple requests. 12+ years BI experience with Tableau, SQL, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake), government/public‑sector Agile environments, and certifications preferred.
