Job Description:
This is a senior-level BI leadership role that combines Business Intelligence development, stakeholder management, analytics consulting, data visualization, SQL expertise, and team leadership . The person will work closely with business leaders to build dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytics solutions that help executives make data-driven decisions. Primary Responsibilities Gather business requirements from stakeholders and executives. Define and develop business KPIs and metrics. Design and build dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools. Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Create recurring and ad-hoc reports. Work with Data Engineering teams on data pipelines and data models. Lead BI projects and mentor junior developers. Drive BI strategy, roadmap, and analytics initiatives. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability. Support production BI environments and troubleshoot issues.
