Job Description:
Senior Salesforce Developer (Manager level)Position OverviewAs a Senior Salesforce Developer with Crowe, you will play a key role for both our project teams and Engineering team. You will be involved with integrations and in all cases where custom development is needed. Senior Developers are responsible for production deployment planning and production deployment. They must exemplify a strong understanding of the architecture and capabilities of the Salesforce platform, while possessing the ability to recognize and scope solutions to turn business solutions into technical designs.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Assist Technical Architect in taking requirements that will require custom development, integrations or complex solutions; create the design and document the technical solution, and work with the Consultant(s) for solution understanding and incorporation into the overall solution design
  • Work with TA to identify risks & work with appropriate stakeholders to mitigate and execute on technical actions
  • Complete highly complex custom development, execution and implementation of APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, and Lightning component/development design
  • Collaborate with our Engineering team to design solutions requiring backend, front end or integration development, while working to continuously improve development & release processes
  • Design and implement solutions that the Salesforce.com platform cannot support, using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages like Python or Node.js.
  • Attend internal and external kickoff meetings & client cadence calls, as necessary
  • Write high-quality, resilient, testable custom code using Salesforce best practices
  • Develop and mentor new and junior Dev team members and play a key role in the Developer interviewing & onboarding process, as needed
  • Assist in managing our Salesforce Business Unit Framework, including using, adding documentation & new features
  • Assist in building and managing App Exchange products
Experience & RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of experience with Salesforce
  • Familiar with both the declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce.com, experienced with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce API suite
  • Possess creativity, strong front-end skills, and attention to detail
Preferred:
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical
  • Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, and maintain a very high quality of work while adhering to the company's best practices for working with data
  • Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client & prospects) We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,700.00 - $222,200.00 per year.
