Grand Rapids, MI Full Time Required Skills:

ServiceNow Platform & Integration Expertise, ITOM + Discovery (CIS-Discovery Certification), Automation Overview / Summary Client is seeking an onshore developer to support ServiceNow integrations and platform customization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and support ServiceNow integrations. Customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Utilize Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes. Support ServiceNow workflow automation. Provide thought leadership with a focus on simplifying processes and technology usage. Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and integration development. ITOM background. CIS-Discovery certification. Experience with Integration Hub Connectors/Spokes. Familiarity with basic networking, TLS, and PKI concepts. Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Automation. Ability to drive simplification of processes and technology solutions
