Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst / BI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions to improve decision-making and execution across various business processes. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support a wide range of business processes. Standardize KPI and metric definitions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring consistent implementation across reporting assets. Create and optimize core semantic data models to serve multiple stakeholders and business domains. Build and enhance DAX measures and Power Query transformations to improve report performance and maintainability. Monitor and troubleshoot workspace/app refresh activities, ensuring reliable production support. Collaborate with team members on technical tasks and engage with subject matter experts to validate metrics and resolve data issues. Participate in collaborative development practices, including version control and peer reviews. Skills Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with entry-level experience. Proven experience in data modeling and Power BI development. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of managing tasks in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience in a medical device or regulated environment. Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Git for version control. Understanding of star schema and dimensional modeling in production environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
