Candidate must show the DL copy on video at the time of submission Need to Share live location at the time of submission Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop complex data models and perform data analysis to support business needs. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, usability, and compliance. Implement row-level security and data access controls. Automate data refreshes and manage data gateway configurations. Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy. Stay updated with the latest BI trends and Power BI features. Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

Over 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or related fields. Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embedded. Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language. In-depth knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and relational database concepts. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices. Familiarity with Azure Data Services, SSIS, SSRS, or other BI tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Bachelor''s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. Certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:

Data Analyst Associate or similar. Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
