As a Tableau Developer (CLT), you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Charlotte, NC Pay range: $65-70 What's the Job? Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business needs. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into impactful visualizations. Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and ensure data integrity across multiple sources. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Apply data science techniques such as predictive modeling and statistical analysis to enhance reporting capabilities. What's Needed? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Oracle databases. Solid understanding of data science concepts including regression, clustering, and forecasting.
