Must-Haves:

Deep expertise in Power BI (configuration, administration, reporting, and development) Proven experience acting as a Power BI SME in large-scale environments Experience building or leading a Power BI Center of Excellence (COE) Strong background in BI governance, data standards, and reporting strategy Experience supporting and scaling platforms for large user bases (300+ users) Ability to interact with and present to senior leadership (CEO-level exposure) Strong understanding of BI architecture and enterprise reporting ecosystems

Plusses:

Experience with Tableau and/or Qlik Background in healthcare or large enterprise environments Experience driving BI adoption and change management initiatives Exposure to data engineering or data architecture concepts Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Day-to-Day:

Serve as the Power BI subject matter expert across the organization Lead the buildout and evolution of a Power BI Center of Excellence (COE) Define and implement governance, standards, and best practices Drive reporting strategy and platform adoption across business units Design scalable solutions to support a large and growing user base Partner with leadership to align BI initiatives with business goals Oversee Power BI platform administration, configuration, and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting processes

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a BI Architect for a leading healthcare client. This individual will act as the organization's Data Warehousing Power BI expert, leading the development and scaling of a Center of Excellence to support a large and growing user base. This role will be highly visible, requiring regular interaction with senior leadership to shape reporting strategy, drive governance, and ensure adoption of enterprise-wide BI standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of hands-on Power BI expertise and strategic leadership, with the ability to build structure, guide teams through change, and elevate business intelligence capabilities across the organization.
