Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM Contractor place Ewing, New Jersey calendar_today 23 Mar 2026 Akkodis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM for a Contract with a client in Ewing, NJ. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and optimize platform solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver scalable business outcomes.

Rate Range:

$56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM job responsibilities include: Lead end‑to‑end development of ServiceNow CSM solutions, including case lifecycle design, routing logic, SLAs, and customer‑facing portal experiences. Build, customize, and optimize platform components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs. Design and implement integrations using

REST/SOAP

APIs, IntegrationHub, and event‑driven patterns, with robust error handling and monitoring. Ensure platform quality through code reviews, performance tuning, secure coding practices, and alignment with ServiceNow best‑practice governance. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred). 10+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on CSM. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server‑side & client‑side) and Flow Designer for workflow automation. Pay Details:
