Microsoft Power Platform:
Power Automate (flows and integrations) Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) Refactor and validate existing workflows tied to Project Online for compatibility with Project Server SE Develop automated processes supporting: Project lifecycle events Notifications and approvals Data synchronization between systems Integrate Power Platform solutions with: Project Server (via OData / APIs) SharePoint Azure DevOps Support and validate Power Automate notifications referenced in existing integrations Collaborate with ADO Integration Developer and Technical Architect Troubleshoot and optimize workflows and application performance Ensure governance, security, and compliance within Power Platform Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to State staff
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate with firsthand experience building workflows integrated with SharePoint. Strong understanding of SharePoint Online Architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions. Experience designing and automating business processes using Power Automate and SharePoint. Knowledge of SharePoint REST API and connector usage within Power Automate. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows for performance and reliability. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
