Lead Salesforce Engineer - Financial Services Introduction We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within the financial services industry. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with architecture and leadership experience, helping teams deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development. Design and implement solutions using Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Architect AI-powered workflows, automation, and conversational experiences using Agentforce. Lead integration strategy and implementation using APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise data models. Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD processes, code reviews, and deployment automation. Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize platform performance. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions. Requirements Required Qualifications 7+ years of Salesforce development and technical leadership experience. Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integrations. Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards). Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data architecture. Knowledge of Agentforce, AI-driven workflows, and automation capabilities. Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments. Experience designing large-scale enterprise integrations and event-driven architectures. Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certifications. Experience mentoring development teams and leading technical initiatives.
