Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, technical leadership, and AI-driven innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and development across Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automation, and Agentforce capabilities Architect integrations, APIs, event-driven solutions, and enterprise data models Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment management Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure platform stability and performance Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
7+ years of Salesforce development leadership experience Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud Experience designing enterprise solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Strong understanding of integrations, data modeling, security, and compliance frameworks Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment strategies Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver large-scale Salesforce implementations
Required Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II Preferred:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
