Technical Leadership Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in Salesforce customization, development, and architecture. The candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and work closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions Lead technical discussions and mentor team members Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Support deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices
Required Skills:
5-8 years of Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and APIs Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Certifications Experience with Agile and enterprise-level implementations
