ServiceNow Developer

Description + Develop and configure ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, Facilities, CMDB, Asset, and custom apps. + Build catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. + Develop integrations with systems like PeopleSoft, Identity Management, LMS platforms, and facilities systems. + Support data imports, API integrations, and platform upgrades. + Collaborate with campus departments to gather requirements and document solutions. + Maintain platform security, roles, ACLs, and system health. + Provide Tier 3 support and create technical/user documentation. Requirements + 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow platform and architecture + Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns + Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM and SEM (developing) + Experience building and customizing ServiceNow user interfaces + Strong experience developing Upgrade-safe applications + Strong communication skills (oral and written) + Experience in higher education (preferred) Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
