3-years experience gathering and elicitation of requirements 3-years process mapping and workflow documentation experience 3-years technical writing 3-years stakeholder management and training application users Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and web services Experience with system integrations, data modeling, and data analysis Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English 3-years with Business Process Flows (BPFs) and system design alignment, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Stories and Use Cases
