Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Business Systems Technical Lead to support and enhance our Salesforce platform and integrated business systems. This role will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing technical solutions across Salesforce, APIs, integrations, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development experience with the ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This individual will play a key role in improving system stability, scalability, and operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and related technologies Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using

APIs and other integration methods Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving custom code, Flows, integrations, authentication, and data synchronization Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Support and optimize existing Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations Participate in technical solution design and provide recommendations for system improvements and scalability Assist with data imports, exports, cleanup activities, and data quality initiatives Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and system configurations Support deployment activities, testing, and post-deployment validation Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements across business systems Required Qualifications At least two (2) years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Apex Classes & Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and
