Job Description

This opportunity is with a well‑established, highly technical investment firm that treats Salesforce as a core enterprise system. The Salesforce Engineer will play a hands‑on role owning and evolving the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Apex development, integrations, and platform architecture. The role works closely with Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations, Client Service, and the broader engineering organization. This position is ideal for someone who treats Salesforce as an application platform, not just a CRM. What You'll Do
  • Own the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Architect and develop a complex Apex codebase, APIs, and integrations
  • Build and scale REST, Bulk API, and event‑driven integrations with enterprise systems
  • Implement strong unit and regression testing practices
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Optimize platform performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Own Salesforce environments, deployments, and release management
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements What They're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
  • Deep expertise in Apex and Salesforce APIs
  • Proven experience building and supporting integrations
  • Strong engineering mindset with focus on testing, scalability, and performance
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Expected Total Compensation:
$175,000
  • 250,000 Base + Cash Bonus
