Job Description
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Improve knowledge capture, flow, and reuse using AI, ML, and semantic technologies.
- Develop and govern taxonomies, metadata, and content structures to enhance search and discoverability.
- Support enterprise knowledge repositories, intranets, and collaboration tools
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations; ensure performance and data quality.
- Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline KM and business processes.
- Work with KM team to translate business needs into actionable KM, analytics, and automation solutions. Skills
- Experience in Knowledge Management, taxonomy, metadata, and content strategy.
- Deep expertise in creating intuitive, insights ‐ driven dashboards and establishing the right metrics to measure performance and value.
- Proficiency with AI tools and concepts applied to content automation and knowledge discovery.
- Strong Power BI and Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors).
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, Power Query, and DAX.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills Education & Certifications
- Bachelor''s Degree with 6 years relevant work experience
