  • 6 Months Contract (With Possibility of Extension) W2 Only This position is onsite and can be at any of these 3 locations ( Cleveland, OH, Albany Ny or Buffalo, NY) Job Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
This role focuses on automating business processes, enhancing user experiences, and supporting ITSM solutions through strong technical expertise and effective cross functional ideal candidate will work extensively within Hardware and Software Asset Management modules, develop custom workflows and scripts, integrate with external systems, conduct code reviews, and ensure overall solution quality. This position will also contribute recommendations for incorporating GenAI capabilities into existing processes. Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration:
Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript).
Automation:
Develop automated workflows to improve IT and business operations.
Customization:
Create custom service portal pages, widgets, and user interface components.
Testing:
Prepare test plans, execute unit tests, and ensure high?quality delivery.
Collaboration:
Partner with functional, administrative, and business teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Documentation:
Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise:
JavaScript, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem solving, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
Certification:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Additional Experience:
SAMPro or other software asset management platform expertise. Preferred Qualifications Hands on experience applying GenAI to automate or modernize manual processes or workflows. Why TalentBurst?
