Business Intelligence Developer

Overview CubeSmart is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with experience in Qlik Sense or a similar technology to create high‑quality dashboards, data models, and analytics applications that deliver actionable insights for the business.

Responsibilities Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data models Build QVD layers, load scripts, and efficient ETL logic Manage Qlik Cloud components including spaces, data connections, reload tasks, and app deployments Optimize app performance, data loads, and user experience Work with business partners to translate requirements into intuitive BI solutions Ensure data quality, documentation, and adherence to BI governance standards Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related technical field 3-5+ years of BI development experience Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or a similar cloud based BI solution Strong Qlik or similar scripting, data modeling, and hands-on skills with SQL Experience working with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or Big Query), Databricks preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at once, with the ability to properly prioritize one's own work and the work of others #LI-MT1

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related technical field 3-5+ years of BI development experience Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or a similar cloud based BI solution Strong Qlik or similar scripting, data modeling, and hands-on skills with SQL Experience working with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or Big Query), Databricks preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at once, with the ability to properly prioritize one s own work and the work of others #LI-MT1
