This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented developer who is passionate about building high-quality solutions that support critical business functions. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce-based applications while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups Write and execute unit tests, support overall testing efforts Perform code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions Support production environments and manage deployments (CI/CD) Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards Qualifications 3+ years of Salesforce development experience Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required) Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent experience) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, architecture, and APIs Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components Proficiency in JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React preferred) Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and related technologies Familiarity with source control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Salesforce DX, ANT) Understanding of relational databases and data modeling Experience with Service Cloud and case management preferred What You'll Bring Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and adapt in a complex environment Ability to mentor junior developers and share best practices Join us in shaping the future of global medical education at Intealth.
